Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026년 10월 21일
These terms govern your use of erazely.com and the Erazely image tools (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
Erazely provides tools for removing visible marks, such as watermarks, text, logos and objects, from images and PDFs. The Service is currently free to use without an account. Features, limits and availability may change as the product develops.
2. Acceptable use
You may only use the Service on content you own or are authorized to edit. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Infringe copyright, trademark or other rights, including removing attribution or ownership marks from someone else’s work
- Circumvent stock-photo licensing, paid previews or other access controls
- Create content intended to mislead others about an image’s origin, ownership or authenticity
- Process content that is unlawful, or that exploits or harms others
- Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
See our responsible use guidelines for examples.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the images and files you edit. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to edit it. How files are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and website content, belongs to Erazely and is protected by applicable laws. These terms don’t grant you any right to use the Erazely name or logo.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, their pricing, billing and refund terms will be shown before you buy and will form part of these terms.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Results depend on the image and can vary. We don’t guarantee that any mark can be removed completely, that results will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Keep a copy of your original files.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erazely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Erazely against claims arising from content you process or from your breach of these terms, including claims that your use infringed someone else’s rights.
9. Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access to the Service if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
